Casting Happy Bees – Haunted House Painting Event
Join us for a one-of-a-kind creative getaway hosted by Casting Color and Gammy’s Happy Bees. This immersive, small-group experience is designed to give you the time, guidance, and inspiration to create a haunted house piece that is completely your own—whether you attend in person or join us virtually.

Event Dates:
Friday, September 4 through Monday, September 7, 2026Arrival:
Guests should arrive on Thursday, September 3rd, so you’re settled and ready to paint when we begin Friday morning.🕘 Painting & Tutorial Hours
The following hours are open studio painting and tutorial times. You are not required to paint for the full duration—feel free to come and go as you please. These hours are when instruction, demonstrations, and hands-on help will be available.
Friday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Monday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Take breaks, rest your hands, step out, or pace yourself however you need. This event is meant to be creative, inspiring, and enjoyable—not exhausting.

Pop, juice, and water are provided for all four days.
🛍️ Optional Purchases at the Event
Additional bisque pieces, paint brushes, paints, stencils, and coasters will be available for purchase during the event for anyone who would like to create more or explore new techniques.
💵 Pricing, Registration & Payment Details
Total Cost: $600.00
(Broken into 4 monthly payments.)Availability:
Only 10 spots available — first-come, first-served.Registration Deadline:
Registration must be completed by March 31, 2026, with an initial $150.00 deposit, followed by $150.00 per month for three additional months.
All payments must be completed no later than July 30, 2026.
Billing & Cancellation Policy:
The credit card used at signup will be billed monthly on the same calendar day as your registration.
If a payment fails, you will have 3 days to update your payment information.
We will reach out one time as a reminder.
If payment is not received within 3 days, your spot will be forfeited.
If you cancel your subscription, you will forfeit your non-refundable spot.
All payments are non-refundable for any reason, as event items are purchased and personalized monthly.
Virtual Attendance Option:
If you can’t attend in person, we encourage you to join via a Messenger group call so virtual attendees can still participate together.
